I've been a fan of Patient Advocates since day one. Jangir has been my first phone call over the years when I need expert and objective information about my own healthcare or when I want to get advice for others that I am responsible for. Having Patient Advocates on my side has empowered me when talking to everyone from insurers to medical service providers. People are incredibly vulnerable when they don't have the knowledge and facts especially when dealing with something as emotionally charged as healthcare. I contacted Jangir of Patient Advocates of America when I was looking to set up home health care for my aging parents. Jangir was friendly and quick to respond and very knowledgeable about many different aspects of elderly care. It was so helpful to learn from him and receive his guidance through this process. He made sure I was aware of costs to stay within our budget, insurance coverage, and Medicare rules etc. Jangir has a large network of providers he works with and has enough experience in the field to make educated referrals that our family could trust .
