To find a good laundry and dry cleaning & delivery service in NYC that you can trust is so hard to find, and let me tell you when I moved into this area last year, it was a blessing in disguise that I found this place. Renee, Miguel and Alex are always so accomodating. They can do next day delivery and when I first was a new customer they gave me a free new laundry bag even though I brought one with me. They are always ready to pick up my laundry and they drop it the next morning all ready to go. I have never had any issues with them at all and I always rave about the Oxford cleaners team. I dread the day I have to be away from their area as I know they have 2 locations and I would not know what to do without them. Renee, Miguel and Alex are amazing! They always can accommodate picking up and delivering my laundry on time and are so hospitable. It is so hard to find a laundry mat or service that has free next day delivery. When I was a first time customer, I had my own laundry bag but they provided me a larger bag for free. My clothes are always cleaned, dried, and not even a sock goes missing. I highly recommend Oxford cleaners!

I have been using their services for a few months and I have been really impressed by their genuine customer care. Friendly, respectful, punctual, and very attentive to the customer's needs. Their laundry service is excellent, and their prices reasonable and honest. I really cannot thank them enough!
