The doctor was very thorough and professional. She thoughtfully explained what she was doing and had great bedside manner.The front desk person was warm, friendly and helpful. She made me feel welcomed when I walked in and she said goodbye to me when I left. She was very attentive.I would refer my friends and family to Optyx in the future.
I had a fantastic experience at Optyx. I got amazing help finding just the right frame and then they handled everything from there. They called for the prescription, called insurance, everything. Gracious and smooth.
