Even upon discovering that I was out of network and my insurance did not cover services at this location, he still helped me get the information I needed to ensure I’m able to find another provider that would take my insurance as I had experienced pain in my eye. “I have been going to eyes on Madison for many years. I have been loyal because the service is excellent. They are knowledgeable on all their products, types of lenses, pros and cons, suppliers, repairs, etc. They walk their talk and genuinely care about their clients. I trust them completely. I never feel rushed or pressured. I also referred my husband who had his prescription lenses filled there and purchased his frames. He was also impressed. Last week I had an issue with my frames - they are old - but my doctor asked me to wait until my eye issue resolves as that will affect my prescription. I went in to ask George about how to fix my frames and he came up with a solution, made an adjustment for me that will get me through until my eyes are ready for new glasses. He could have just told me that it was unfixable (technically it was) but he found a way to make it work by thinking outside the box where someone else would have told me it was not possible. I highly recommend them.“
