9 YEARS AGO: Visited at least four eyeglass stores in NYC before discovering CHARLOTTE JONES OPTICIANS. Went in to purchase one pair of UNIQUE eyeglass frames for myself and purchased three. Charlotte was a pleasure to work with and very,very patient with my husband and I (he purchased two very stylist frames after wearing basically the same boring wire style for 20 years). Looking forward to visiting this wonderful Optician again next time we're in town!“

Ann Wong in particular helped me out and went above and beyond. She even spent 20-30 minutes going back and forth to adjust my glasses to make sure they fit perfectly and comfortably, ensuring they didn't leave weird creases in my head or falling off when I tilted my head.
