I had a much better experience with Optic Shades than with Cohen Optical. First and foremost, don’t share your social security number. Cohen Optical’s manager, Innas, took it upon herself to use my social security number without my permission to get a credit card through the credit card company they are partners with to pay for the services. I didn’t request a credit card and I already had the same credit card. Cohen Optical use to be more professional but now with new management they appear to be unprofessional, unethical and will use your information without your knowledge or permission. Optic Shades’ manager was very professional and courteous.

Arsen, the manager, took a lot of care and time to help me select the best frames and lenses. I would totally go back: they have a great selection of frames from affordable to luxury.
