I have been a member for years and like my doctor. However, they keep screwing up insurance information even though they have my card and I updated the info in my app. Then I am told it is my fault after contacting them to try to straighten it out. They have my insurance card so I am amazed how it is my fault. They provide the lab with the wrong insurance information as well (such as the wrong member number) making it twice the work on my part. I saw doctor Jacobs and he was patient and helped walk me through my options for the decisions I had to make for myself. Wait times were great all things considered and the app made things easy

I joined One Medical in 2015. It used to be great, easy to schedule appointments, list of availability. I really liked my doctor. That's all changed, appointments are hard to come by. I never get to see the doctor that I used to see becuase his schedule is always fully booked so I see someone new every time. I often end up traveling to a office that is out of my way when in need an appointment. I think they are signing up more patients than the system can handle and I've noticed a big decline in service since the Amazon takeover and I'm skeptical that Amazin will use my health info responsibly.
