Service was quick and friendly, appointment started on time and staff were kind and helpful. Note that they do not have certain immunization shots at this location such as COVID-19 boosters.

Long time member. Had an appointment for an annual physical last week. I completed the endless number of action items and questionnaires leading up to the morning of the appointment, one arriving about 90 minutes before.I got a message one hour before my appointment, while I was already en route, that my appointment had been canceled as the provider had an urgent matter to attend to. I guess my care was not important as I was offered no alternative appointments and there is no way to reach the location directly.I called the main One Medical number and was offered an appointment 29 days away. I immediately demanded a refund for the balance of the fee for this year.I would never return to One Medical.

Always had excellent care, even when my primary isn't available. Administrative staff has always been helpful, in office or on the phone, MUCH more than some other admin staff I've run into, actually calling back if they don't have information I need.
