Hannah and the rest of the staff were super helpful!! I went in to get a birthday present for myself. I wanted to make an investment into a nice pair of sunglasses and this was going to be the most i had ever spent on shades.
Hannah spent about a half hour with me the first time i went in, trying on new frames, colors, and giving me advice on what fit my face best. She was very knowledgeable and gave me great feedback! Made the encounter super smooth.
I wasn't ready to buy right away, and she was super kind and not pushy at all to "close the deal" on me
Hannah, along with the rest of the boutique staff, is wonderful to work with. They are always patient, honest, and accommodating. Having a second opinion when selecting frames is so helpful. It is by far my favorite Oliver Peoples boutique.

Amazing service and quality. Oliver people has some of the best lenses and frames! I got my latest pair of prescription glasses from here and couldn't be happier with them. The staff at this location is incredible. Hanna made it very easy to find exactly the right pair and was transparent about out-of-network pricing which really helped facilitate everything (the cost ended up being basically the same with the VSP discount they offer). And Melissa was extremely patient in doing adjustments over and over for me until the glasses fit perfectly. Highly recommend this brand as well as this location!
