Seriously, it was very bad! I found bugs, cockroaches, mouses almost every single week in my office unit, there are mouse traps everywhere, I don't know what really happens here but it was absolutely disgusting. I was afraid of staying by my self after hours which did not help my office productivity. The worse is the color of the carpet is gray from all the dirt, I requested multiple deep cleaning services as soon as I moved but it never happened.

Two stars for:1. Staff- amazingly nice and solicituous, didn't meet a single one who wasn't.2. Cheapest large-building, non long-term, 24/7 access, private office space in Manhattan.This true DESPITE the fact they advertise a ridiculously-low non-Available $600 monthly price to bait you in.I paid $790 for the tiniest space- was very tough to close the door with one seated client inside. BUT NO COMPLAINTS- it is Manhattan.NOW THE UGLY:Why mention the $190 difference?Because it adds up... you pay several months before move-in...AND they keep 1/2 month after moving out...WITHOUT telling you up front!
