DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE. Set us up w an exterminator company that did not get rid of our bed bugs and then sent us a dog that falsely indicated we were bed bug free. When we tried to get them to set us back up with the extermination company that we were under warranty with to come back they stopped responding. Texts and calls both going unanswered. Truly a horrible service experience I cant emphasize enough how much worse they already made a horrible situation.

These guys are great! I called Scott in a near state of panic on a Friday night. Not only did he answer his phone but he listened carefully (and asked a ton of questions). I ended up sending him some pictures of what I was finding (they turned out to be 'Beetles'), and scheduled an inspection with him for early the next morning just for peace of mind.As it turned out, they came the next morning, Scott and his dog Hunter (a beautiful Yellow Lab) checked the entire apartment and did not find any bedbugs, it turned out that yes indeed I had 'Carpet Beetles'.They then advised me to contact my buildings exterminator (who later took care of the issue).Thank you New York Bedbug...read full review

I thought I was having an issue with bedbugs and was talking with a friend who recently used their services. It was recommended that I give Scott a call. which I did. Best decision ever! Within minutes I was sending him pictures (which turned out not to be bedbugs). Instantly alleviated my 'worst nightmare'. Highly recommend him!
