We were in town for vacation and my child had a high fever. The hotel suggested we drop by here and I'm so glad we did. We came in just as they opened and did not have to wait. They took our insurance too. She ended up having strep throat. Poor kid! The next morning I didn't feel so great either. We dropped by again and 30 minutes later, I had the same meds as my kid. We are both feeling much better and were able to make the best of our trip. It was worth the visit(s).

You are better off going to a real doctor. I needed to finish a series of vaccines and I got lazy to schedule an appointment with a doctor that I wasn't 100% committed to as I just moved to the city. It wasn't the most comforting experience and I'm not sure if I trust the doctor, but hey, it's just vaccines. The nightmare that ensued was unexpected though. Dr. Walk-in told me they accept my insurance and gave me my vaccines after checking my insurance. Hold and behold, I ended up with a $360 bill. I called their billing numerous times and they STILL assured me that my insurance will cover it. They kept saying you should pay it now and ask for reimbursements. I called my insurance and they said they absolutely do not cover vaccines with them. I called their billing back and told them the verdict. I already gave up on this point, but I just want them to charge me fairly. I just want to point out that they charged me a rate that is actually higher than what my doctors charge the insurance company so I just want that rate. They once again told me that I should just pay the bill and ask my insurance company for reimbursement. There will also be no discount to compensate their miscommunication. The system was just extremely shady as you could tell they just want me to pay the bill as soon as possible and not bother them about their mistakes. I ended up paying $300+ for vacccines that would have been completely covered by my insurance from the most little dingy office ever. Obviously, I will never ever use them again. Save yourself the trouble and make an appointment through ZocDoc.

I have been going to this DR Walk-In for some time. The store hours are convenient for me and is better than some of the urgent care places I and my friend's have tried. Plus you can pick up any medications you need all in one stop. No appointment and wait is minimal. This last time, I had strep and the first doctor I went to didn't catch it, but they did here. Though, I was told that the latest strain of strep is not acting like old one. I barely had a sore throat, only scratchy, and it went away and then came back.
