We switched over to Northern Star IT about a year ago and I have to say we are beyond thrilled with their service and support. Not only have they made our transition from our previous vendor as smooth as possible but now that our organization has transitioned to a cloud based platform they have gone above and beyond to ensure that everything transitioned as seamlessly as possible.

We meet NS a few weeks before we started our business. We required a robust IT company that could come in and deliver in a ever changing business. With short notice, NS was able to form our entire IT structure within a few weeks in three different offices. We are pleased with the work and professionalism!

I have worked with Northern Star for longer than I care to remember, in excess of 15 years. Over that time they have made sure that our technology platforms have grown in line with the needs of the business, from being a single office company to one with multiple international operations. They are technically excellent and commercially aware, they don't oversell - all investment is thought through on a three year cycle in line with business plans to ensure that our IT is effective, resilient and reliable. Day to day support is responsive. They are great people to work with and I am more than happy to recommend them.
