I signed up for the 2 weeks unlimited offer for new members and have truly enjoyed my experience. The front desk and yoga instructors are very kind and welcoming. The community is lovely. The rooms are hot but not unbearably hot like other studios. Each yoga instructor offers a unique vinyasa experience with their own creative sequencing. I definitely plan to continue taking classes here and would highly recommend!!

New York Yoga is by far the best hot yoga studio I have ever been to in NYC! I am beyond thrilled with my experience at this studio. The instructors are phenomenal, seamlessly guiding us through versatile yoga classes that cater to all levels. The ambiance is enhanced by great music, creating a perfect balance of challenge and relaxation. I can't recommend this studio enough for anyone seeking an invigorating and transformative yoga practice!

this is the best hot yoga studio in nyc. the classes are dynamic and challenging, all taught by teachers who care about the practice and the students. it’s a wonderful community and safe space to explore the practice. it’s unpretentious, no frills; just good yoga. i’ve grown so much here in the last three years and am very grateful to have found this place. also love the variety of classes - each instructor has their own personality and really shines! perfect neighborhood yoga studio.
