It’s a decent gym and reasonably priced. However,they downsized some, and now it’s overly crowded especially in the evenings. It’s tough to get a good workout in unless you go during off peak times. It doesn’t help a nearby location also closed. As is, I wouldn’t recommend this gym.

Bway and 94. Basically fine. Equipment breaks down and it takes a while to fix it but they try. The most frustrating thing is that I cannot get messages (as in when the club closes) or info on classes. I have a membership through Silver Sneakers so perhaps that's the issue. But damn it can be annoying. They were supposed to rectify this a couple of years ago but no action was taken.

*tldr;* great facilities and staff, but buggy tech systems and lack of follow-up by managers caused me to *lose ~$300* to NYSC
Good things: This gym has great modern equipment, a beautiful dance studio, and I love the people that work at the front desk they are very nice. Day-to-day I had a great experience working out there. My complaint is with technical bugs causing me to be charged excessively, and a lack of follow up or refunds despite me calling and emailing.
