Super friendly salesman who helped me find exactly what I needed for putting a small TV mount on drywall. He took the time to show me how the wall anchor worked and found the right bolts.
I had my key copied in here but it didn't work. I had to visit the store 4 time and finally he made a new key then it worked. They provide service until it works!! Staff members are very kind. I highly recommend this place.
Great, really great, really really GREAT hardware store in midtown. Their customer service is second to none. I'm glad they're near me. They have everything. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
