The rates are fine and the shirts got cleaned, but when I dropped my clothes off I was told everything would be ready in two days. When I came back in two days, I was told that it would actually be another day, and I was given no reason. Why tell me when to come back if they clearly don't know? When I came back the next day, I was told that they hadn't even sent two of the items to be cleaned because it would take "an additional three weeks." I understand they were specialty items (leather jackets) but I also never lied about what they were and the man behind the counter saw everything when I first brought them in to be cleaned.
