Dr. Briskin is the worst doctor I've ever seen. After three years of shaking tremors she still doesn't know what's wrong with my Mom. Never had a brain MRI to see what's wrong. My mother also has Arthritis on her shoulder. She asks for an MRI every three months or else she won't give my Mom A refill on a medication she's prescribed in the past. I have to practically beg her for a pain patch. My mom cannot just get up and go to the doctors office. Shes 90 years old! Her legs are weak and she can barely walk. She's an insurance hog. Although they confirmed that they take my insurance, when I went to my appointment I was told by the staff that they have to charge me $450 for the visit in advance because I have a high deductible that has not been met. I see other doctors w my insurance and they trust the patient to pay when they send a bill. Totally unethical. Why would his staff not have the decency to check this in advance when I tell them about my insurance instead of wasting my time to go to their office (which looks so sad by the way. This is what should feel like being in rural Russia)

Thanks to Dr. Briskin I went from barely being able to get around without screaming to functioning as a productive, non-sobbing, member of society. She took the time to determine exactly what was wrong with my back and helped me to find the best way to deal with those issues. She always takes as much time as is needed to ensure that nothing goes untreated. Not only is she a brilliant doctor, but she really cares for her patients and it shows. I enjoy a better quality of life today because of Dr. Briskin.
