More than a mere massage/acupuncture session- this for me was a moment of grounding. It was unexpected and needed. I choose Frank just based on his connection to my world which is Broadway. It was a last minute query which he made room for.Massage has long been a part of my physical and emotional maintenance. I can usually tell within the first few moments what type of therapist I am dealing with. Frank is one of the very few where after the initial meet and question that I had to give no further direction to outside of asking for a little extra attention to an area. Frank is an expert when it comes to healing and understanding the body. He has helped keep my neck and back spasms at bay even amidst a grueling show schedule and dancing during the days. What I love about Frank is he knows so many different techniques and ways to help- whether it’s acupuncture, massage, cupping, tens unit, and so much more- he is able to put all areas of his expertise to use to get you exactly where you need to be.He gives you as much time as possible and is VERY willing to fit you in in a bind- which is helpful if you are working through an injury! Frank was very intuitive about what my body and spirit needed. His examination of my current state was accurate and his physical massage and acupuncture helped release tension, pain, and unwanted accumulated toxins in my body. I felt both physical and spiritual release after his treatment. He is a gifted healer and I recommend him whole heartedly.
