I have only interacted with them through email and on the phone. They have always been extremely helpful, responsive, and polite. I'm sure they are like that in person, too. If you like the MYKITA aesthetics, then this is the store to go to.
I brought my dad in and Diego patiently walked through several frames with him for an hour and my dad don’t buy anything. Diego was lovely and VERY patient with my dad. Thanks for an awesome experience!
It's rare to get good customer service in NYC, so I just wanted to thank ALEXIS for her professionalism in helping me get the frames I wanted. And also HOWIE for cutting the lenses in a fairly quick turnaround, and also for the the care he took in fitting the finished frames to my face. All around 100% happy with my experience.
