I've been using MyClean for several years after our longtime cleaner retired. The service is easy to use and efficient, particularly if you're looking for a recurring clean (we do every two weeks), allowing you to set up your day and time preferences. Obviously each cleaner is different, so some are better than others, but it does allow you to select a preferred cleaner (we use the wonderful Chanmatee). Obviously this can take some trial and error but I've generally found the cleaners to be good and on the rare occasion I was not pleased the service worked with me to correct the issue. I love using MyClean, and I love my cleaner, Chanmatee! She is incredibly thorough, and very efficient. I always breathe a sigh of relief when she’s done - sheets are changed, there’s no dust or cat hair, and the kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling. In addition, she is just a lovely person.
