When my long-term massage therapist left private practice, I searched for a new regular spot. And I found it at MPower. Everyone is great, but I particularly like working with Luis. Luis has always gone above and beyond and has taken such good care of me during pregnancy and post-partum. He has been patient when I've been late and has given me extra time at points. He was there for me when my dad died, when my in-laws were in town, when my back was so sore from breastfeeding. He suggests stretches and life hacks to help feel more comfortable. I arrived in NYC from out of town with a ton of pain in an old injury. John Ward was able to see me same day, immediately understood what I needed and delivered big time for me. He may have just saved my trip. 10/10 highly recommended.

I came in today because I had thrown my neck out and was in severe pain. Carlos was absolutely amazing. My neck feels so much better, and the pressure was perfect. He really helped me when I was really hurting. Thank you Carlos, you really made a difference in my life today!
