After breaking my frames while on vacation, I stopped in to see if Modern Day OptX had any advice on repair. (We purchased glasses here for my wife a month earlier and like them a lot.) What Alex had was better than advice. He had a frame that accepted my lenses perfectly and actually fit my face better than my original. Alex was kind, understood the product and took care of me. I am grateful for that visit and love my glasses. Thank you Alex.

I am so happy with the reading prescription lenses I got. Seriously, I've never experienced such clarity and comfort while reading. These lenses are absolutely amazing! Thanks for such stellar vision.

Accross 5 days, I went to a least 8 stores in search of a pair of glasses between 90 and 73 street on Broadway and Amsterdam. About 3 of the stores were in my medical plan and offered very nice discounts. I settled with Modern Day OptX on Amsterdam Ave not in my plan. They had a beautiful selection of frames but Jared and Alex were the most professional and knowledgeable sales individuals among all the stores I visited. They explained pro and cons of various features, what to look for in glasses, and offered good criticism. I most definitely recommend the store.
