I had an excellent experience working with Modern Citi Group. Their process is transparent. You can see the cost of every component of your renovation, you review their technical drawings before they begin, and are encouraged to be involved in selecting materials and interacting with the contractors to the extent that you would like to be involved. The work itself was done with precision and completed on schedule. Every morning, the team arrived promptly. All of the contractors were very nice and highly skilled.

We werent confident about taking on a full home renovation of our brownstone in Brooklyn Heights, but Anna and her team made the process surprisingly smooth. From the initial site meeting to the day we moved back in, MCG showed professionalism. Daniil's knowledge and experience in working with the LPC was pretty impressive (it gets complicated when working with landmark buildings), but we went through the review process and got the approval pretty quickly.
