I always have the best experience at Miss Nails. I was in on a very crowded day, and a women came in and her son broke her long nail and she demanded they fix it. They squeezed her in, and because it was her error they needed to charge her to fix it. She started to cause a scene and refused to pay. In order to keep the other customers happy and not disturb them, the nail tech paid for the womens nail fix out of her own pocket and let her leave. The women's reason for not wanting to pay was because she tipped 20% last time. Just found so rude and thought the women working really handled it well.

Rita is amazing and friendly! I have also had my nails done by different ladies in the shop, and everyone is very talented. If you need something specific, tell them ahead of time so they can assign the person who’s best for that. They have lots of color options, they can do designs, Chrome, cat eye, etc. I promise to add a photo next time and update. ??

I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and LOVE them. I've never had a bad experience. They take their time, have a ton of options and the massages are so great. Love everyone here!
