I just want to say me and my coworkers have been using this company for over 2 1/2 years at this point and we are continuously happy. We never have a complaint, they always re do something we are not entirely happy with (without a problem) and they're always willing to answer any tailoring questions we have with a smile and explanation. The owner Leo is a sweetheart of a man & he knows the business. If you have any tailoring needs on the upper east side, you can definitely trust Milano's with your alteration needs. 10/10 always, if the communication is right, your clothes will be too!

You won't find a better staff than what you find at Milano's. Gracious, friendly and helpful. You can tell they are hard working, down to earth people who really care about what they do. I highly recommend to anyone in need of their tailoring services.
