There is a need for improvement in customer service, and additional training would be beneficial. I settled my loan with them ahead of schedule due to their lack of interpersonal skills and inability to rectify their data entry errors. This resulted in a substantial financial loss for them. I recognize that this may seem insignificant to a multi-billion dollar corporation, but it is crucial to remember that customers should never be belittled. The success of this company relies heavily on its customers.
