If you want to GET sick, this is a great place to visit. Basic rules of hygiene are completely ignored. Think Third World. * Staff come in sick and don't wear masks. * Basic things like soap and toilet paper are stolen regularly, but no one has thought to mount them to the walls. * hour long wait times, even with an appointment * calls from staff reminding you of appointments you never made * All the patients in the waiting room are hacking a s wheezing, but not a sign of a mask anywhere. The office manager, Charina, is great and does her best under what are at best described as substandard conditions.
Worst health facility I have ever attended. The front staff is dismissive, rude, lies, unable to answer simple questions. The head person try to coerce me into signing consent away after I said I declined. Telling the paper does not do exactly what it says in rewritting it does. Finally, they misrepresent nurse practitioners as doctors. THERE NO DOCTORS IN THIS OFFICE! Only nurse practitioners. The staff refers to them as Doctors. And my insurance depicted the person as a doctor. And it took 3 appointments for the person to finally say. "Well I'm not a doctor, I'm a nurse practitioners" this is misleading and illegal to lie to patients in this manner.They also fail to...read full review
Horrible horrible horrible. I do not recommend coming here. I was not seen until 3 and a half hours after my appointment time. I came 2 days prior to set up an appointment and gave all docs needed. Demographics along with my insurance. When I arrived to my appointment, I was “checked in” an hour and a half goes by and staff said I’ll be seen shortly. Asked me to do a consent form, also asked me to email my insurance when I had already given it to the office 2 days prior. An hour later I was asked to call my insurance and still I have not been seen. This place is very unorganized.
