Feeling anxious about trying laser hair removal for the first time, I chose Mara Wax based on their stellar reviews - and I wasn't disappointed! The staff was incredibly understanding, walking me through the process and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. The professionalism and genuine care they showed were beyond what I could have hoped for. They’ve certainly earned themselves another regular. Thank you, Mara Wax, for such a positive experience!

I’m not sure how this place is almost 5 rated. Here’s my story-They are called something else - Elite. Nothing Elite about them though.Needed a last minute appointment around my office and found them by a basic Google area search. Good reviews so booked for the afternoon same day.10 min before my appointment (as I’m turning a corner to their location) I receive a call asking if I can come in later as they are running behind. The girl I spoke to said it would be another half hour and we agreed she’d call me 10 min before i can come in.
