I had such a great experience here with my first ever MRI. The staff are so accommodating and the location is beautiful. It feels like you are in a spa, not a doctor’s office. The MRI tech was so kind and explained everything very simply and clearly. Would definitely go again.
Super clean facility, excellent about rescheduling and getting pre approved from insurance. Offered quick service with no wait and offered complementary refreshments! Will come back here if I ever need another MRI
I had a wonderful experience at Manhattan MRI. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Regina, greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel at ease. She was not only efficient but also incredibly friendly, answering all my questions with patience and clarity.
The technician and staff were highly professional and caring throughout the entire process of the MRI. Overall, I would say they gave exceptional service because of how welcoming they were. I highly recommend this place!
