I have already been here twice in last few months. First of all great with prices and no extra BS of pushing treaments on clients. Very relaxed environment. You can walk-in most of the times but getting appointment over weekends is always good. Most of the hair specialists there are great and reliable. Will keep going back because this is my favorite place to get hair color in NYC now.
Madison Reed has made such a great addition to the upper west side! The staff is super friendly and excellent at what they do. Efficient and exacting. I love working with Dwayne but all the technicians are great.
I loved my visit to the Broadway Madison Reed location: I’ve been to other (non-NYC) studios and they always did a great, consistent job with my hair, but here I felt like I got extra fantastic service and the final result was amazing. I’ll be back every month no doubt :).
