Horrific company. Complete scammers. I needed to return my defective Ray Ban Smart glasses. I returned the glasses in the UPS packaging they sent and have received no response to emails, calls, chats, etc. I am now out over $300 for the cost of the glasses as well as a ton of wasted time. Stay far away from this company. I have always loved Ray Bans but won't purchase another pair after this.

I Called to get a replacement arm for my eyeglasses. I was directed to communicate via text message. They sent me a link and I follow their direction and provided the information need. Once the rep text I have to repeat the information to which the rep text me their website information and disconnected. This happen twice.

bought my husband a pair of aviators a few months ago. The plastic temple guards have disintegrated - - clearly a bad mix of plastic as there is NO REASON plastic should crumble. Sent pictures and explanation of type, numbers, etc. Got a reply from WARRANTY saying they determined it will cost $44.25 and that I must pay. They sell the parts for 2.50 plus $8. shipping, and I should NOT need to purchase as this is a faulty product. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Just bought two more with polarized lenses @$200+ at Macy's which I will return. CLEARLY made in China and no longer the quality B&L product we knew and loved!
