I had a disappointing experience here. The removal of ingrown nails was not done properly and was quite painful, leaving my toes sore afterward. The overall pedicure didn’t feel safe or professional, and the space itself didn’t seem very clean. While the staff were polite, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Simon is a blessing. Hands look slayed. Thanks a mil and the staff are awesome and felt like a little family. Team work is admired. I was falling asleep it felt like a massage getting my hands done.

I have only gone to Lucy's a couple of times and I've had good experiences each time. The first time I went I had a latina that was so professional and polite, she also did my nails very well. She took her time and at the end she even offered to wrap my feet in plastic so that they won't get messed up when I put on my shoes. I've never been to a salon that did that. I also had a nice gentleman do my nails another time. Did powder set and he was patient with me as I was struggling to find the right color. My nails also last about 4 weeks each time I come. I don't think they've ever lasted that long, and they still look healthy. I would definitely recommend.
