We visited NYC in early September and ordered a bag at Louis Vuitton at Bloomingdales. I received an email stating the handbag is in the 59th store.....10 days ago. After multiple emails and phone calls to/from Louis Vuitton, no one seems to know why this has not been shipped. I have stated that Simon sold the bag, he was told to ship it, and he should follow through. I cannot reach out to customer service at Bloomingdale's because there is no direct number to customer service or to this department. I see the rating is a 3. At this point, that is quite generous.

The staff always makes you feel welcomed and are super friendly and helpful. Especially if you’re a regular. They aren’t as judgmental on how you look which is rare at Bloomingdale’s. Best part is that you get Loyallist points for every purchase here.
