    Zay is THE BEST!! I’m not an active person but I’ve struggled with a bad back for many years coupled with a stressful job. Working with Zay on a weekly basis for the past year has been a god-send. She’s thoughtful, knowledgeable, and creative, and truly listens to the client and their body/mind needs. I highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a path of relief and strength!!

Reformer Pilates training offered for solo and duet instruction. Special private trainer focus on posture, scoliosis, pilates for athletes (runners, golfers, yogis, skiers, triathletes), reformer pilates, pregnancy + pre natal pilates, post natal pilates + Diastasis Recti, bridal workouts, core strength, injury treatment and prevention and more best body practices tailored to your specific abilities and goals.
