As for the salon itself...disappointing. I signed up for a Lexi Opulent Spa Pedicure
The description says that beverages and snacks are included. They brought me a dixi cup of water only after I asked. There were a few disparaging comments between the technicians in Spanish until they realized that I speak Spanish when someone said said they were running out to get coffee and I pulled more money out of my own pocket and asked them to to grab me one too.

My favorite manicure spot in the hood because of how clean and well organized their system is. However, there are a few technicians who are super rude and curt with you. It’s hard to avoid them so be prepared for a hit or miss sort of experience.
They also don’t use suctions, so everything they are filing will get blown back to your face (they have fans all around the ceiling blowing on High setting). Highly recommend wearing a mask for this reason.

I searched for 2 years to find a quality spot in NYC, and I found it here at Lexi Nails. It’s been several years since, and they deliver beautiful nails every. single. time. From classy, elegant looks to more fun experiments, they know how to deliver exactly what you envision. Celia and Blanca are the best! So kind and professional and artistic. All of the ladies are fantastic, in fact. I’ve sent all my friends here. Prices are comparable to other places, and the quality nails last for a long time. Lexi Nails is the best in the city - hands down!!
