I am devastated at the condition a shirt of mine came back from this dry cleaner. I went in to get this vintage silk shirt altered and NOT cleaned and came away with a massive stain on the center back of it. With no doubts at all- I did not bring it in in this condition. I took it back to them to have it fixed 15 minutes after picking it up, and their only solution is to send it to get dry cleaned and have ME pay for it. I was a customer of theirs for many years and they have now lost me.

The prices vary, depending on who is behind the counter, and they give you a hard time about their 5% discount when paying with cash. Most recently, the shirts that are coming back are wrinkled, and not of the same standard as when I started with them. I will find another dry cleaner.

I don’t even know why am giving them one star… They shouldn’t get any…Have been going to them for over 30 years and then the last six months they ruined a couple of my garments, I’ve had to resend three things back to get stains out and they still have the stains in them.I’ve had them dry, clean these garments before, and the and stains came out under the arms and water stains on a coat.On one of the garments I sent in for a second time had a small card attached with special attention… And a one 800 number.I called the 800 number… ‘cleaners supply company’…because it was on a little tag.
