We believed we had found a good contractors when we signed up for Kleins to remodel/ renovate our small kitchen and bathroom (neither of them bigger than 40 square feet). The method in which the project was to be executed was a deception sold to us by Ilan, I have nothing good to say about him and his "management" so I'll move on. Adam stepped in at the end of the project when we finally refused to deal with Ilan and got a somewhat better response to our needs to finish the project, but even with Adam it took months to get the simplest things resolved. There are so many to choose from, my husband and I were clueless! we chose Klein Kitchen and Bath and the minute we spoke to Adam we knew this is the one for us. He was so helpful, professional and patient. (I drove him crazy, I know) the designer who helped custom our needs, the workers, Tim the project manager were all amazing. Honestly this is a very stressful process, replacing a kitchen, and I don't think i could do it with anyone else. So thank you so much Klein Kitchen and Bath for making my kitchen a dream comes true.
Went to the showroom to check out ideas for a kitchen. Employees went out of their way to help me. Looking forward to working with them.Service: Remodeling
