I had a horrible experience with this company. First, the CPA was incompetent or careless in filing a personal tax return properly. The error made by the CPA office caused me to overpay my taxes by more than $6,000. Second, it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL of the CPA not to formally apologize for his error. Third, his emails to clients were shockingly RUDE (without any simple greeting or name, and of course, no ending such as thanks or best) even though the emails were regarding the UNNECESSARY amendment filing caused by the CPA's mistake.

Based on my friend's recommendation, this year I decided to prepare my taxes through this firm and couldn't be happier with my decision! It was quite a refreshing experience to say the least when I first dealt with Eugene Lee of KL CPA & Associates. I walked in here expecting the usual sterile atmosphere of a CPA's office, but was pleasantly surprised by how warm and accommodating Eugene was. He was very thorough and professional with our appointment ,and provided an excellent service. In contrast to the last year experience, this time I didn't have to go to one of remote neighborhoods of Queens and pay extra to prepare my taxes. I totally recommend him to everyone, and I will definitely be coming back for years to come!!
