Welcome to Kinected. We’re a Pilates studio and a center for Functional Manual Therapy. We offer 1-on-1s, group classes, and custom-tailored therapy programs to help you move wisely and feel brilliant. The Kane School, our Pilates certification program, offers both mat and equipment certifications, as well as specialized continuing ed in pre and post natal, special populations and more.
