It's been a year now since I've been coming to Kimberly and she's amazing always comes through with nail designs and overall treats customers with love and respect which to me means more than anything. My nail lady is Vildamia, she is the best???I go there and have an image of how I want it she does it or if I'm not sure she always has a creation opinion if I like...I've also followed them before time at other places they been ,and nails last longtime even though they are all good "she my fav."Services: Gel manicure

I don't usually take time out to write reviews but honestly felt like this one was somewhat necessary due to my experiences with this nail salon. I live nearby and don't usually come here but decided to give it a try a few weeks ago,upon walking in,nobody even looked at me,I wasn't greeted or asked what I was getting done. So I sat down any place I could find to sit,considering I was tired from work. I sat in three different places because in every place I sat I was moved. I ended up staying standing for around 10 mins until I couldn't take it anymore and walked out. For a first time walking in,I expected something a litle bit more different. Second time going in,currently here,I'm asked to write my name,I sit and I'm moved from where I sit,multiple times. Their usual customers are given more attention and priority than new customers. I've now been here for an hour and 45 mins. and haven't even been asked what I'm getting done. Even though I've tried getting their attention :/ I really want to like this place because of what friends tell me about it but every time I come here I end up leaving more tired than I was when I walked in,with a headache because no air circulates and there's not one fan on,yet,so many employees working with acrylic (you can imagine the strong smell) and of course,let down because all I wanted to do was get pretty and have a relaxing time getting my nails done. I won't be returning but I hope they get better management,maybe then,I will gladly step in again.
