Came during my lunch break my nose piercing came out the day before and I couldn't get it back in myself . Kelvin was gentle with me and got my piercing back in and I was able to get back to work on time to eat with Barely any pain .
i don't ever write reviews and this is probably one of the best piercing experiences i've had. i got a lip piercing and he did such a perfect job to even make sure it's not constantly hitting my teeth. very clean procedure and i felt very safe being pierced with kelvin ( i believe his name is) Some dude came in giving them a hard time and he still did a great job . definitely recommend
I just had an amazing experience. The customer service skills are definitely up to par. Many places that I have frequented for piercings... I called prior to showing up. The quote was for a piercing and the business ethics are important for those like me travel to many places and thought about that one time you didn't go through with it. My piercing is something I thought about for five years. Visiting NYC will give you the courage to bite and get it done. Next piercing.... read full review
