Super convenient and efficient. I had my laundry picked up the same day I reached out and delivered the next day. They carried it inside for me because it was heavy! Everything was beautifully cleaned/folded, etc. An amazing resource for when doing laundry at home isn't possible.

Amazing service. I came here on the 29th of December, prior to NYE, and asked for wedding dress alteration and dry cleaning on a dress that I would need for Jan 3rd. Alba was the seamstress who made sure to fix my dress on the same day and call me to try on because she wanted to make sure it was a perfect fit to my like. Ben at the counter made sure to place a rush order with instructions for extra care on my dress for the dry cleaning.
They were all so friendly and very caring about my situation.
Even checking in with me afterward to make sure everything was okay.
As a fashion designer, my launderer is very very important to me! I love how much care goes into Juliette, and how easy it is to request a pick up via their app. I trust them with all my laundry + dry cleaning, even for all my delicate silks, velvets, and down pillows!
