It is a Class Pass partner that does not honor its scheduled appointments. I had an appointment through Class Pass and the place was closed, nobody answer a call and no apology was given.

Janet takes great pride in making you look your best. She is friendly and professional. The salon has 2 chairs, but due to social distancing, she is only having one client in at a time. She keeps everything sterile and I felt comfortable that my health was not compromised in any way. I always get many compliments on my hair even after it has grown in for a long time in between cuts. I have very short hair and she cut it into a style that suits my face perfectly. I also have her do my color and highlights. Both look very natural. She also has the best jams playing in the salon!

I had my first experience with hair extensions with Janet and am so grateful it was with her. I love the look of long hair but being in a bridal party for a wedding coming up, I was apprehensive about looking “too much.”
