I’m not sure why there are bad reviews. Yes. The service is a bit pricey. But by far this is the best manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. They take good care to make sure their clients are happy. And give a top notch service.
The shop is clean and the techs are sweet, but the disappointing service and quality makes the pricing unjustifiable. I get gel extensions regularly, and I needed a fill before a trip. The gel they use is such a poor quality product, it begins to lift in less than a week. It took two technicians 2 ½ hours to finish my service, which typically should take one technician about an hour given the long length of my nails. If you’re looking for a quality gel tip set or fill, I recommend Annie at Beauty Box across the park. It’s half the price, half the time, and lasts 4x longer.
Clean & courteous- this is an excellent spot! I know the prices are high, but it’s a nail salon on Madison Ave so that’s to be expected. I’m okay with paying a little more to know everything is clean and well done. Manicure and chair massage were fantastic
