An excellent class in every way. Sudama is a marvelous teacher. He's personable and accessible. The classes are always fresh and seem to intuit the needs of those present. Wonderful explorations are made into various poses, deepening them both physically and with a deeper understanding. He generously imparts his knowledge and makes the class feel alive and vital.
My sister, her fiancé and I went on New Year's Eve with Melanie and it was awesome! The studio is beautiful, the lightening is great and the vibe was very welcoming. We loved Melanie's class, I really enjoyed the music too.
Now emerging from the Covid frenzy, slowly getting back into gear. Bookstore is a great place for human development books, and next door is a huge art and events place well worth stopping by when you are in the area.
