    I have been training at Inform Fitness for 6 months. I like the “Power of 10” method because it takes only 30 minutes per session once a week, and it does work! I have become stronger and feel the difference throughout my daily life. Amy, my trainer, is great to work with and Jillian at reception is lots of fun! Adam, the owner, and other trainers are friendly, and the place has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoy training at Inform Fitness!!

    I started working out at Inform with Amy W about 6 months ago. Working out with Amy has been a great experience She is super knowledgeable and makes the workout enjoyable. My posture has always been a concern for me. Amy has focused on stenthening my upper back muscles which has made a big difference in how I stand and look. My whole body feels stronger. Super happy with the Inform full body workouts that are completed within 30 minutes. Definitely check it out!
