The midtown Manhattan studio offers a powerful version of pilates-style exercise combined with cardio, tower, barre, and weight training, providing a total cross-conditioning success. They also offer custom sessions for prenatal exercise. The variation within IM=X® makes it possible to welcome everyone from the “couch potato” to the professional athlete. The midtown Manhattan studio also provides these formats as therapeutic exercises for patients of our chiropractors. We offer a powerful version of pilates style exercise plus cardio, tower, barre and weights – total cross conditioning success! There are even custom sessions for prenatal exercise.
