I got a eyelash lift through a groupon. My lashes came out great. My eyes did get a little irritated. You can't beat $35 and the location is near by union square

This review is with regards to cleanliness and professionalism. I arrived to my appointment a little early, and Mindy was still with a client. The space is just an open room with sheer curtains, so I could see the beauty bed, as well as the client. Once the appointment finished, Mindy asked me to lay on the bed. Immediately, I felt uncomfortable. The linen was not changed, nor the towel the previous client was laying on for who knows how long. Mindy also did not wash her hands. I asked Mindy if she wouldn't mind first washing her hands before treating me. In response, she put some purell on - which is not the same as washing her hands. She was absolutely amazing and make sure my lashes came out perfect. She took her time and made sure to use the correct technique (I have Asian lashes aka stubborn hairs that sometimes don't hold curls or adhere to certain chemical treatments) . Super friendly and patient and answered any questions I had about getting my lashes done (second time doing a lash perm). 100% recommend anyone who wants to get a lash perm done. It's definitely worth the money if you are doing it with her.
