Doctors neglect patients questions and health concerns . Once a month I went to pick up script from doctor in 3 years only saw her face to face about 3 times even when I request to see her either she's not available or made me wait very long .I've had appointment times and dates changed on me with out my consent & had over zealist receptionists no lie call my voice mail till I pick up the phone & in broken English try to bully me into accepting a appointment with out having time to give concideration to the time or date . I've also had them put me on the phone with someone else's insurance provider having them insist there was a problem with my insurance. I was dropped by the provider for calling & complaining about the receptionists who calls me 6 times a day they did not give me 2-4 weeks to find another doctor like most places would nor did they take in the fact that I have psych issues , I take meds for high pretention and suboxone I need 8 can't just discontinue I also take meds for acid reflux . They are punishing me for voicing my fustration with their shitty staff who despite the fact every time my blood pressure was high they just keep taken it till it was normal( I had to be told by other doctor of my high pretention ) they get over on certain demographics because some of us can't afford or are not covered else where and they pull strings and recieve charities to help especially homeless people LGBTQ people with HIV and or hepatitis. They helped me with a few medical things in the past and the administration was more on point they just suck now and should be closed down by state bord of health joint commission and oasa
